Cookies and localStorage are different
Cookies are small values that a browser may send with requests to a website. localStorage is browser storage that is not automatically attached to those requests. Both can remember settings, and both can fall within rules governing storage on a device.
The supplied website code does not set HTTP cookies or install optional analytics, advertising pixels or third-party embeds. It uses localStorage only when you save a preference through the controls below. Ordinary site delivery still involves technical requests as described in the privacy notice.
Your preference controls
Accept records your preference as “accepted”. Essential Only records it as “essential”. Neither option activates optional tracking because no optional tracking is currently installed. A saved choice is not blanket permission for new purposes or unidentified providers.
Enable JavaScript to read or save a browser preference.
What is stored
| Item | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| tallyrocketfjll-cookie-preference | A first-party localStorage value containing “accepted” or “essential” after your choice | Until overwritten by a later choice or cleared through your browser |
This value contains no name, email address or enquiry text. It is specific to the browser profile and site origin where you save it. Private browsing may clear it when the session ends, and browsers can block or remove local storage.
Other interactive features
The mobile menu and scroll reveals keep their state only in the current page. The launch checklist is not persisted. The enquiry preview stays in page memory and is not saved to localStorage. Copy enquiry uses your clipboard only after you activate the button, and Download .txt creates a local file only after your request.
Your browser may independently retain form entries, downloads or clipboard history. Manage those features through your browser or device settings. They are not controlled by the website’s cookie preference.
Changing or removing a choice
Return here at any time and choose Essential Only to replace an accepted preference. To remove the saved value entirely, clear site data for tallyrocketfjll.buzz in your browser. That action may also remove other browser-managed information associated with the site. Blocking localStorage does not prevent you from reading the guides.
If optional technologies are introduced, this notice and the relevant controls must be updated to identify their purposes, providers and duration, with consent obtained before activation where required.
